Quality Control
Hierarchical and classified quality control:
1. Technical analysis - drawing design - raw material screening - production and processing - finished product testing. All departments shall issue approval opinions and test reports for orders and be responsible to the end.
2. In production and processing links, each process handover must be qualified, and the post responsibility system shall be implemented. Unqualified parts are not allowed to enter the next process
3. In the comprehensive test stage before delivery, any problems are directly attributed to the relevant departments and processes. The quality inspector is responsible for the final results and the problem products are responsible to the end
4. The technical department shall track and optimize the production process for a long time and conduct on-site sampling inspection on the workshop production
